Once again, C2C is hosting its free 2012 SIDLIT Conference at Johnson County Community College: http://c2conline.org/sidlit/2012 - and you can be a part of it.
Be sure to register soon, as the conference registration fills quickly each year. In addition, IDT will have an exhibit table showing off our great program, our students and alumni!
At the end of the first day of the SIDLIT Conference (Thursday, August 2) join IDT faculty, students, alumni, and friends at a nearby establishment (approx. 5:00 p.m.) for some socializing and networking. I will see if I can gather-up some ESU give-aways from our Metro Learning Center and the Graduate School. I hope those of you in the metro KC area can attend! I will let you know the place, once we figure that part out. Since many of you will be unable to attend due to distance, we will do our best to take some photos and post them on our IDT Ning and Facebook sites!

SIDLIT Conference (free) - August 2-3, 2012

Several IDT students, and alumni are presenting at and attending this conference. If you are in the area, I hope you can attend.
The 13th Annual SIDLIT will be held on Thursday and Friday, August 2 - 3, 2012 at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS. The two-day institute includes presentations, topic-oriented special interest discussion groups, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations.
IDT Social and Networking Event - August 2, 2012 - 5 p.m.
At the end of the first day of the SIDLIT Conference (Thursday, August 2) join IDT faculty, students, alumni, and friends at a nearby eating establishment (approx. 5 p.m.) for some socializing and networking. IDT will provide FREE appetizers for everyone!
